We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to reinforce our Supply Chain Team. This is a permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg and reports directly to the Supply Chain & Packaging Manager.
As Supply Chain Specialist, you support the Supply Chain Team on the logistics activities for the entities, but will also contribute to our biopharmaceutical transformation, as being responsible for projects linked to our product manufacturing, our expansion to new markets or our product compliance.
This position would suit you perfectly if you have a taste for challenge and the desire to make things happen.
Your responsibilities:
Logistics:
- You are responsible for the orders and invoices process cycle for Flen Health entities
- You are in charge of processing of the claim (exchange of the sales goods, credit note)
- You oversee the provision of the samples of our products to the Sales team
- You are responsible for the stock supply of the Flen Health entities warehouses
- You conduct a monthly stock check with the Finance department
- You are the main point of contact of the sales team and the customers
Supply Chain:
- You support the supply chain manager for supply chain topics regarding product changes, supplier changes
- You work with our internal stakeholders (quality, regulatory, sales) to keep up-to-date data on our products
- You bring support to the supply chain team on transitions from internal decision to production implementation
- You are part of internal projects of supply chain processes improvement
Your qualifications & experience:
- You are graduated with a Degree in Supply Chain Management or Production management
- You demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or equivalent, ideally in a regulated environment (pharma / healthcare).
- You have experience in project management with internal and external stakeholders
- You hold knowledge in supply chain
- You are efficient with technical and dedicated digital tools and applications, including MS Office
- You show good planning and organization skills
- You have very good communication skills and a strong ability to convince
- You are able to work towards tight deadlines whilst keeping details in focus
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken
- Other languages as Dutch, German or French are a strong asset
