We work with partners and consultants to find the best solutions to develop, manufacture and distribute products with the smallest possible impact on the environment and the highest ethical and quality standards.
Quality policy
We at Flen Health are committed to complying with EN ISO 13485:2016 and to the applicable regulatory and customer requirements and to maintaining the effectiveness of the quality management system.
The scope of Flen Health’s quality management system under EN ISO 13485:2016 includes the design, development, (outsourced) manufacturing and distribution of medical devices for topical use in the area of dermatology.
We develop, market, and sell medical device products. Flen Health furthermore develops pharmaceutical products. Our management and staff are committed to providing high-quality products that meet customer needs and official regulatory requirements. This is done by the maintenance and improvement of products, services, and the quality management system.
Headquarters’ facilities
We established our Luxembourg headquarters and laboratory facilities in a modern and energy saving building. The House of BioHealth works with naturally obtained energy like rainwater, sunlight, and the air to cool the offices, to heat the laboratories and to gain hot sanitary water.
Waste management
Flen Health participates in waste systems like “Grüner Punkt” and “Fost Plus”. We are a manufacturer that puts products on the market and therewith causes waste for final consumers. These national waste systems promote, coordinate, and finance the selective collection, sorting, and recycling of household packaging waste.
Flen Health is member of the BACHI Environmental Charter. This charter has the mission to improve the environmental sustainability of our healthcare activities and products, reduce our carbon footprint and global impact on the environment. Contributing to a "greener" future by supporting sustainable initiatives as a collective challenge.
Flenners - our people
We take the health and safety of our employees, the Flenners, very seriously. We have work groups in place that consistently discuss and monitor well-being at work. Specially trained Flenners follow up on safely and health conditions in our offices.

More than 20 nationalities are represented in our teams and we are a committed equal opportunity employer with approximately 45% men and 55% women on board.
